Francis Volans
Chairman
Following an early career in MIS Management in both the public and
private sectors, Francis Volans joined one of the world’s leading
multimedia technical training providers in 1983 where he worked
with strategic accounts before moving into an international
management role.
Initially leading a training distributor network in Scandinavia, the
Middle and Far East, Francis went on to set up and run the
distributorship for the emerging Pacific Rim economies based out of
Singapore until the late 90’s.
Since 1997, he has worked with some of the UK's leading technical
training providers, enabling them to address new and emerging
markets from e-Learning and Web-Based training perspectives.
Alongside his involvement with Journey Learning, Francis now owns
and manages a leading Interim Management firm in the UK.

Graeme Ventris
Managing Director
Graduating from City University with an honours degree in Business
Law, Graeme achieved immediate success as a business development
manager with technical training organisation, Wave Technologies.
From there he went on to build a successful sales team at
training-consultancy firm, H2O,
a niche player focused on skills-management within some of Europe's largest companies.
In the years prior to joining
Journey Learning, Graeme was active in driving significant revenues
from complex enterprise-software solutions based around Knowledge
Management and e-Learning. |
