Produce audio content to take advantage of redundant time
In today's business environment where there is less time available
for development of skills and the intake of information, the
creation of audio content for training and communication has never
been more justified.
As the UK's leading consultancy in this field, our team can work with you to quickly create content from your
pre-existing materials or even just your ideas.
For instance, you can use audio-content:
:: as part of your blended learning
approach
:: as a means for revitalising
existing training materials
:: as pre-course or post-course
learning support
:: as a method for delivering vital
information to staff
:: to increase sales-force readiness
:: to improve communications with
customers
Content Creation and Development
The success or failure of any audio programme is often down to the
programme content, as important even as the recording, finishing and
packaging. This is why the first part of the programme-creation
process starts here. Journey Learning’s team of editors are versed
in adjusting written materials to suit the unique requirements of
audio delivery, working with you to quickly and effectively adjust
content with fresh, supporting material - using tried-and-tested
techniques to make your programme as learning-effective as possible.
Voice Recording
Once the content is finalized (and signed off by you, the client),
our voice-professionals create the recording which bests captures
your vision. Journey Learning work closely with a number of
professional artists who have been specifically selected for their
ability to deliver in a style suitable for audio learning. Such a
style needs to be “soft-sell” with the ability to capture the
attention of the listener for a period of time. More than 80% of
Journey Learning artists also have their own radio programmes.
Post Production
Following the recording, Journey Learning’s post-production team
work closely with the voice-professionals to ensure the recording is
finalized according to your requirements, eliminating any noise from
the recordings, normalizing sound-levels, “de-essing” the
performance and ensuring a natural, plausible finished result.
Music
Once post-production have polished off the recording, music is added
to the programme to capture the listeners attention, allow for
natural comfort breaks and generally add to the professionalism of
the recording.
Duplication
On completion of the audio programme, a CD is submitted to you for
final approval prior to duplication and packaging. You can then
choose from a range of packaging options to ensure the finished
audio programme achieves your initial goals and objectives.
